1 Do your homework

    This is key. Find specific conversation points regarding the company by searching the news, social platforms including the ones of the leadership team of the company. Come prepared with smart questions to ask when given the chance. Do not pretend to know everything about the company so make your questions legitimate and focus on showing interest in the company.

    The art of interacting face-to-face got a little sidetracked by our addiction to screens. Also Covid didn’t help.You may want to practice a bit of acting to help your body language and tone of voice. The oft-quoted statistic is that the interviewer will only absorb about 30 percent of their impression from your words. The rest is everything else. Body language includes posture, tone of voice, eye contact, gestures, mirroring and the energy you get across. Have a great interview!
