Ingredients

  • 1 Flatout Spinach wrap
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 long carrot, sliced lengthwise
  • 3 long slices of tomato
  • A few pieces of red cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped avocado

Directions

Smear entire wrap with hummus. Fill wrap with remaining ingredients and roll up tightly. Cut in half.
