Klutz prevents the effects of the held item of the Pokémon with this Ability.
Klutz prevents the user from using Fling.
Klutz does not affect items which affect prize money, experience or effort values, such as the Amulet Coin, Lucky Egg or Power Weight. The speed drop from the Iron Ball is not negated by Klutz. It has no effect on the Soothe Bell or Everstone.
Outside of battle[]
Klutz has no effect outside of battle, so items such as the Cleanse Tag are not affected.
