Per Film Clip: This is in the flow. FLOW - "I know it's you, because I recognize your ridgelines." (spark of creation only happens when HAPPY) At position 0:45 on the table - the art piece: The Sleeping Woman. It doesn't matter if she doesn't remember making it. He remembers, for the both of them. At position 2:27 on the hook beside the 'umbrella' - An apron with "SKYCON" (Sky Control; broadcast; message; a thread).https://lnkd.in/dUrg2Pjf

I did a comprehensive review of the Paramount Indiana Jones 4K UHD release with all of its issues and revisionism. Virtually every effects shot has been manipulated and screwed with, there’s no original audio presentation, the discs have major compression and encoding issues plus zero effort put into the set contents. Changing film visuals, effects and sound is just plain wrong.https://lnkd.in/dnMbgSbJ

Indiana Jones Collection 4K UHD Review-This revisionism doesn’t belong in a museum

'Ars est celare artem" the art is to not show the art."Reality first, theatricality second"Arty photo as per usual didn't have time to take a photo while working. At #GSMD rehearsing a neck break that's to take place in a car for one of the 3rd years filmsPeople often ask about the differences between stage and screen. there are of course but the core principles stay the same.As does the conditions, one is working with performers. There is an intention expressed through movement (everything we do is movement, breathing and speaking don't happen without it! ) happening in a 3d space, to tell a story. As with most rehearsals one is making do.. things don't match what they will be. The space isn't a car. It's 4 chairs. That requires a practical imagination. How does a car restrict my movement with in it. Am I wearing a seat belt? What does that do? Are there head rests? What do they mean? What does the seat do to my freedom of. Movement. What happens to my feet and legs in the foot well? what's in the way? Not all can be answered properly but they need to be considered otherwise one won't be ready when one set.It also requires that one actually pays attentions to those things we take for granted as a person, day to day. Its much harder to control what you do or want to learn or change if you haven't really been in and aware of what you can do already. @art.of.fighting.theatre.combat#morethanswordsandpunches@aluredwaller#Stressinnoculation#Fightforwards#Rehearsefixingthings#Expecttheunexpected#Donotrehearsemistakes#Principles#Concepts#Fightdirection#Fightisacting #Conflictcommunication #Stagecombat #ArtOfFightingTheatricalcombat #artoffightingtheatrecombt #Stagefight #movementisconflict#conflictisdrama#Conflictdirector #BritishGuildOfStageCombathttps://lnkd.in/ep6NDXhJ

Choose the things to do that bring you joy.I know that is easier said than done. Not everything will be fun or feel joyful. But if you do it with passion and you understand why you are doing it. Then even the smallest of tasks can make you feel joyful. As creatives, as artists, as filmmakers - create from your soul. Bring joy to yourself and to the people that help you along the way. Family-friendly or PG-18?The most frequently asked question about our performances concerns age restrictions. Since we refuse to be clear about it, we get that you will keep on asking.A thing about Swedes is that we are rooted in a tradition of children’s theatre that believes in the competent child. Children’s entertainment is allowed to be challenging, political, and scary. Children can handle it – they handle the challenging, political and scary parts of lifeevery day.Contemporary circus might come off as artsy and challenging to understand, but it IS circus. The beautiful thing about our art form is that we can work with complex themes and messaging, but a world-class somersault will always impress even those uninterested in the layers of the performance. Adult or child – if you can sit still for the length of the performance, our “adult” shows are for you.
