Q: What is the shelf life of your product?

A: Our almond toffee has a shelf life of 2-3 months, stored unopened at room temperature. Our toffee popcorn has a shelf life of 5-6 months, stored unopened at room temperature.

For maximum taste and texture, we do recommend that you either enjoy your toffee immediately, or store it in a refrigerator or freezer. Once opened, unrefrigerated product will retain maximum freshness for about a week.

Refrigeration adds 3-6 months of shelf life, while freezing adds up to a year or more. Refrigeration ensures that any nuts remain at peak freshness, but they’ll taste great for up to 3-4 weeks unrefrigerated.

Q: Where can I find Nashville Toffee Company products?

A: Click here to locate the store nearest you that carries our products. Typically, our retail partners only carry the almond toffee in the half-pound box or small pack size. A select few stock the one-pound box. We suggest that you call before visiting to see exactly what a store has on hand.

Q: Can I ship internationally?

A: Sadly, no. We can ship to any location in the US and Canada. Shipping to Canada via FedEx International Ground requires a minimum charge of $45. Please also be advised that we cannot guarantee any Canadian shipments. It’s rare that our customers experience any issues, but we simply cannot control whether a package gets stuck in customs or melts while in transit. Q: What is Cold Pack Season

A: When the temperatures in Nashville consistently reach the low to mid 80s, it is necessary for us to pack all almond toffee shipments with an ice pack and insulating liner. This prevents the chocolate on our almond toffee products from melting while in transit to you.

For shipments with transit times of 3+ days, we are only able to offer express shipping options. Some orders may need to be held for shipment until the following Monday to avoid weekend transit time.

Typically, cold pack season will end around October, but it is completely weather-dependent.

Q: Where is my order/How do I track a package?

A: Shortly after you place your order via our website or by phone, you should receive an email with tracking information. Most orders placed by 1:00 PM CST will ship the same day, weather permitting. During warmer times of year, we typically hold orders received Wednesday – Friday to ship out on the following Monday. You really don’t want your sweet delicacies spending the weekend in a warm truck or shipping terminal. Neither do we.

A: Our mission since day one has been to produce the finest toffees and candies available anywhere. That’s why we insist on using only the finest chocolates, purest butter and highest-grade sea salt, along with premium select roasted almonds and cashews.
