Magic Crystal

  • How does the Hair Removal process work?
    Our Magic Crystal uses Micro-Nano Technology that removes hair when you make circular motions on the area you want to remove hair, it slowly clumps and breaks the hair cells down similar to split ends without stimulating hair growth.
  • What is the Magic Crystal made out of?
    Crystal Glass (micro nanotechnology) with Silicone embedded for support.
  • Do I need to put anything on before using the Magic Crystal?
    No, just make sure your skin is clean (e.g. no cream/lotion) so that the micro nano surface is in full contact with the skin.
  • How oftendoes should I use the Magic Crystal?
    Whenever the hair grows back (normally 2 weeks) or whenever you like but don't overuse it in one go - rubbing and focusing on the same spot over and over) because our Magic Crystal helps to rejuvenate the skin as well and therefore if you overuse it, it would damage your skin.
  • Does it Hurt or cause any irritation?
    No, It doesn't hurt unlike waxing because the micro nano surfaces particles are very fine but don't overuse it or press to hard - to use it correctly. Doesn't cause any irritation or pain during or after the session.
  • How do I clean it?
    Brush the Micro Nano Crystal surface and wash it under water, dry it and put it back in its PVC pouch.

  • How long does Magic Crystal last? Our Magic Crystal Painless Remover lasts up to 2 years (personal use).

  • Can I use it on Bikini Area?
    Yes, for Bikinis only the top area can be done because the skin is more sensitive than other parts of the body.

  • Can I use it on my Underarm?
    We don’t recommend using the Magic Crystal on underarms, due to it being very tricky since the skin is uneven and wrinkly. These areas are very prone to product overuse and using too much pressure, therefore we wouldn't recommend. Areas on the Legs, Arms, Backs,Bikini(top part) would work great with the Magic Crystal.

  • Can I use it on my face?
    We don't recommend using the Magic Crystal on face as the skin on the face is very delicate.

    Can I use it on my mustache?
  • Facial hairs are very sensitive, so it is not recommended.

  • Why do I need the Suction Cup?
    The suction cup is to make the hair removal process quicker and easier (extra support to get the most surface use out of the Magic Crystal mainly for big areas such as arms, legs, etc. For small areas remove the suction cup and use the small curved edge.
