Take the dough ball and press it to remove the excess air, shape it into a circle, then use a piping nozzle, shot glass, or other available tool to make a hole in the middle. Scoop the shaped donut onto a cutout parchment paper and repeat the process with the rest of the dough balls. Cover with clingfilm to proof for 30 minutes.

  • 25g unsalted butter
