COVID-19 Employee Screening

Each employee must complete a pre-shift screening before the beginning of their shift, by either completing a pre-shift screening with an authorized screener, or by utilizing the County's screening application. Employees must complete a pre-shift screening prior to entering a County facility, or working face-to-face with coworkers or the public.

Employees who telecommute are not required to complete a pre-shift screening unless their work requires occasional access to County facilities, or face-to-face contact with coworkers or the public. Before a telecommuting employee begins a shift in which they are required to access County facilities, or have face-to-face contact with coworkers or the general public, that employee will be required to complete a pre-shift screening.

Please answer the following questions and do not report to work unless you receive the green "Go" sign. If you receive a red "stop" sign, please contact Human Resources immediately for further instructions. * Required
