Eggnog CoffeeEggnog may be frozen for up to six months. For best results, freeze eggnog in a container with a little extra room (about 1/2-inch of space from the top) to allow for expansion during freezing. Frozen egg nog should be good for about 6 months, whether it is store bought or home made.
Homemade eggnog has a shorter shelf life than commercial in the refrigerator, however. It keeps well for only one day; commercially prepared eggnog, which is pasteurized, keeps well in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
